Definitely not true to size.
Order the largest size for my dog. According to the size of the company, it had to fit him. It looked small out of the bag. I throw it to him to see and it only covered half of his back and was so tight he could barely walk. So I suspect her sizing is not true to size because I measured my dog twice before ordering.
