Green hype, not sustainable solution

As a new buyer I was attracted to the biodegradable claims of this product. However, as an Industrial and Scientific researcher, I found that in typical conditions, the decomposition process cannot occur... The packaging doesn't hold up under normal use and isn't durable for heavier items. pros: environmentally friendly material. Cons: misleading labels, easily ripped, not practical for everyday use..
