As others have said, not sure if it was fake or not. My mouthguard came in a sealed plastic bag. Similar to candy. The instructions looked like they had been copied a thousand times. They were so bad I had to google the instructions. The mouthguard itself did not fit properly in the mouth. I followed the directions exactly as they were written. The molars never formed and it was extremely uncomfortable. I gave it 2 stars because it makes the breath exceptional. But it's uncomfortable and keeps your mouth in an odd position. So it's not worth it. I bought Shock Doctor Gel Max instead and I like it much better.
