Excellent mouthguard. I teach boxing and train several times a week. I've been hit several times and it's been wonderfully protective of me.

This is the mouthpiece that comes closest to the napkin holder I use. Helps me take a punch better and be less likely to get a concussion. Also, I can breathe better with huge airways.

This is a very bulky mouthguard. I found myself drooling and spitting on my workout partners trying to use it, it wouldn't stay in my mouth. soft enough to fit properly. Overall, this is the worst Kappa I've ever tasted. Maybe I'm just not used to doubles, but I've never seen anyone get used to having to carry around a towel to wipe their mouth every minute.

The rubber has come loose from the inner rubber. Basically I applied it to my mouth and separated the black thick gum from the soft gum. There's a hole in mine too, next to where it fell apart.
