The rubber has come loose from the inner rubber. Basically I applied it to my mouth and separated the black thick gum from the soft gum. There's a hole in mine too, next to where it fell apart. I tried to contact the makers of the brain block, sent them photos. They didn't answer. Tried to call, also without success. worst company Even the box the face mask comes in is pixelated due to the crappy picture. Having used cheap boxing mouthguards I think they are more reliable than what you get here.
