I ordered this product after reading and considering all the reviews from other buyers. I did what many had suggested and bought a size smaller than what I had calculated based on the size chart provided. But while the "one size down" approach worked in principle, it still wasn't enough to make the NON-RETURNABLE ITEM work for me. The length of the device is too big for my shoulder :-( Others have reported this issue in their comments. But being an average height person I wasn't expecting to experience this myself :-( My recommendation: don't buy this not unless you are taller than 6 feet.
