Of all the sports systems with ligaments for Lo-Bloo cups on BALLS, the most comfortable I have ever had. You absolutely must watch the video to set it up for the first time, but it's worth it. !I use this for epee fencing. It hangs exactly where you want it. It's a little uncomfortable standing up just because you're sticking a hard piece of plastic in the perineal area. When you're in your stance and your legs are apart, you don't even realize it's there. I haven't tried running with it yet. I think a smaller muay thai cup would be more comfortable but it has holes in it. If they made this mug without holes I would buy it. I bought the Lo-Bloo Aerofit because the idea of a sword going through a hole and puncturing my junk didn't sound like fun. In general, this cup offers the same protection for your balls as other cups, but these BALLS down are the most comfortable.
