Much easier to put on than a steel Muay Thai mug. Roomier than a Diamond Cup and no compression shorts required. I like the straps that keep it in place. Extremely easy to put on, easy to take off and stay in place thanks to Muay Thai or Jiu-Jitsu. Toss it in soapy water once a week and let it air dry - very easy to clean. I haven't touched the other two alternatives since I got these.

I took a little time to write this review because I wanted to wait for the actual cup hit while sparring at full power. Well it fits great and has held up better than the other brand (Tiger Claw) I've used. Once you enter a position, it stays in place. It comes with a mesh pouch for safe storage and air drying. I froth it up lightly in the sink, rinse it out and toss it in my bag. No problem!

This is the BEST groin guard I have ever worn. My movements are not restricted. I use this protector for my Krav Maga sparring. Every third defense consists of a kick that is either landed, blocked, or received. Excellent protection. But beyond protection, when nature calls, I don't have to undress to ring the bell. Of all the sports systems with ligaments for Lo-Bloo cups on BALLS, the most comfortable I have ever had. You absolutely must watch the video to set it up for the first time, but it's worth it. !I use this for epee fencing. It hangs exactly where you want it. It's a little uncomfortable standing up just because you're sticking a hard piece of plastic in the perineal area. When you're in your stance and your legs are apart, you don't even realize it's there. I haven't tried running with it yet…
