Extremely compact! I have a Theragun at home, I bought it and wanted to put it in my gym bag. We've been using it for a week now - it's definitely less powerful than a full-size massage gun, but surprisingly it does 90% of the job. The massage gun comes in a compact hard case with four different head attachments, beautifully presented. I use a flat head and a rolling head most commonly, a flat head for relieving leg pain after a workout, and a rolling head for removing knots. I also like the flat head, I used it for general back massage. The rotating pistol grip is a big plus. This design really helps massage that area of the back that is usually hard to reach.
