These Magnets Are WAYYY Too Strong For My Application!
I wanted to use these magnets to adhere 2 non-magnetic surfaces together. (Actually a MagSafe phone stand to a black MagSafe charging puck. That way I can remove and reuse the puck elsewhere if needed.)I got these… and from about 6-8 inches away, they attracted so strongly two do them shattered upon collision!Not useful for my application, but maybe other projects around the house!Without sliding apart, these things are HARD to pull apart.Also, I was shocked, but the foam adhesive pads they provide seemed to be strong enough for the insane magnetic forces when using two together.We shall see!
