Review on HC6000v2 HydroCheck Sump Pump Float Switch: Built-in Alarms & Dual Sensors (USA Made) by Shawn Sims

We have a high water level next to a large lake. Whoever installed the sump pump placed it at a level where the water level in the lake was high enough to turn the pump on every 7 minutes. Some people said you could put a brick under the pump, but that would mean taking the PVC pipes to new heights. Then I read reviews of this product on Revain. You can use it to set both high and "empty" water levels. Once both marks are under the same water, the sump pump will turn on until the water reaches the minimum mark. So far everything works great! I set the highest point above where the normal drain pump float used to be so the pump can wait until the water level is actually above the water level in the lake. Now we don't take water out of the lake every 7 minutes just to pump it back into the lake! The house is much quieter because the cesspool is not working all the time!
