Good: Great value. Works great, the picture is clear, the device runs smoothly. All cables are marked. AC controllers work (I use a zone) The device exceeded my expectations. Bad: very difficult installation without instructions. Check out YouTube. Very important. The unit's fan operates from the same 5V reference as the amplifier (remote) output. So if you don't turn on the amp in the EQ, the fan will never start. (I suspect overheating will occur) The AC control is a little strange, I think it's a little off with a zone. I have to turn on the compressor with a switch, otherwise it won't turn on automatically at startup. Landing on the Ordinary is very bad. I had to screw in from the bottom, and the top screws weren't flush. (I'm afraid of breaking the plastic). You are cozy. The packaging doesn't bother me much, I just hope it lasts a long time. DON'T FORGET TO TURN ON THE AMPLIFIER EVEN WHEN NOT IN USE!
