Definitely the best purchase I've made in a long time. I bought it to use in our cabin this summer. The tree we put it in is very tall so we had to buy extra rope from the local hardware store to increase the length. It connected easily but I will say the key it came with was fun. My husband used his ratchet and we quickly got started on the swing. We inserted the straps into the tree and attached them to the rope with one of the two carabiners provided. My husband used his scouting skills to tie a knot on a carabiner. I bought a swing that I highly recommend. At the other end of the rope, he tied another knot around the second carabiner, again using his insane scouting skills, and fastened it to the swivel. We then used the two carabiners that came with the swivel to attach the swing straps to the bottom half of the swivel. After he was hung from a tree, we couldn't take the children away from him. They were spinning the swing in circles all day, I felt bad just looking at them. My husband and I also took turns riding. It's very powerful and a lot of fun!
