Ideal for people with lactose intolerance

I have now been taking 4 of the three pound jars at a rate of 2 scoops per workout. I drink this right after every workout to get my 50g post workout protein boost. This is a great low carb protein blend to take right after your workout. Other protein isolates, such as pure whey or casein-albumin-whey isolates, have much slower catabolic kinetics and less than ideal amino acid composition. Whey Protein is better suited as a slow-acting supplement to boost protein intake over several hours, while the ISO 100 blend is ideal for immediate post-workout use when torn muscle tissue is absorbing amino acids from the bloodstream at very high levels. Speed - this happens about 20 minutes after training, so it's important to use fast-digesting isolates like ISO 100, which contain hydrolyzed amino acids and oligopeptides. have residual lactose in the isolate. I am severely lactose intolerant and this mixture doesn't bother me at all, even when taking 2 scoops (double dose). This mixture also dissolves very easily in water, likely due to hydrolysis, increasing the number of exposed carboxyl and amino groups compared to polypeptides such as casein, whey, collagen, and albumin. I use a 600ml shaker and it works great, but you can also dilute ISO 100 in a glass of water with a spoon, which is pretty much impossible with pure whey. It also doesn't dissolve well in lactose-free whole milk, possibly due to whole milk's high osmolarity. Also, when dissolved in whole milk, the taste is too creamy. For these reasons, I suggest dissolving this isolate in water. As others have pointed out, chocolate peanut butter tastes really good. When I first tried it, I only drank it for the taste. Tastes very authentic, surprisingly light for a protein shake. Other brands taste like melted rubber, especially keto-friendly brands. One of the downsides is that I subscribed and saved to Revain which was delivered every 2 months. The problem is that the scent wears off over time. I would recommend rotating fragrances every 2 months instead of subscribing and saving. Flavors come in many flavors, and variety is key to making flavor less onerous in the long run. It's a really strong and pleasant scent, but over time it becomes very repetitive and almost nauseous. Switch up your flavors so you get a lot more excited about a post-workout shake than "Oh, that's it again?”.
