I have a Floating Tube Life Hack
I would give it five stars if it wasn't for the floating tube but... I have a lifehack. All you have to do is tie fishing line to a stainless steel spoon (it won't rust) and then tie it to the end of the pipe to make it heavier and WALLAH! Fixed issue with floating pipes. I DID NOT use split shot (I considered it at first but decided against it) because it may contain lead or other harmful metals.
