I'm clearly in the minority but I found this drill terribly inadequate for my needs. I've had the drill for 6 weeks so unfortunately outside the return window otherwise I would have sent it back in no time. Here is my experience: The first use was the installation of wall anchors for a large chest of drawers. While the drill is lightweight and great for women's hands and wrists, it lacks the power needed to actually drive screws into bolts. It was mediocre to use for a 'real life' project, probably good for crafting. Second, my husband took it out to install a new light, including a metal plate that had to be drilled into the electrical box. The drill also had no power when the batteries on the charger were "green". I took it out one last time tonight to drive hooks into the wall/studs for storing wreaths and seasonal decor. Again, both batteries are "green" when charging, but the drill was sluggish in the air and utterly useless when held against a wall. Huge waste of money. I called Revain and they couldn't help me so they referred me to the manufacturer. The manufacturer conveniently closed minutes before I called (4pm EST), so a Revain CS representative emailed me the contact number. When I opened my email I found that she had sent me a number for another order (Paw Patrol books). As a last resort, I fiddled with the batteries trying to figure out if they were the problem. I found it strange that after only 20 minutes of loading, they were "green" and ready. My previous cordless drill batteries took at least 2 hours to charge. The design of the charger leaves a lot to be desired. This is just terrible. The battery is upside down and balanced at the thin one-sided end in the charger, which inevitably causes the heavy battery to tip forward in the charger and I believe lose contact with the charging electrodes. So I put my hammer between the battery pack and the charger to try to balance the battery until I saw the charger flashing red (charging - I assumed the electrodes finally made proper contact) and I haven't had it since touched. I'm not sure if the batteries are actually charging because they don't feel warm like most electronics do when charging, but we'll see in the morning. I will never buy a product from this company again. While reading warnings like my own in reviews, I've also read that they have a decent guarantee policy and that they are primarily a women-owned company. Aside from the nasty pink color, the Charger's development is a shameful one and very poorly reflects a female company in a male-dominated market. The only advantage of this device is its lightweight construction, but it is of no use if the drill does not work. I miss my old $40 Black & Decker from college.
