While it may seem obvious, this Windex product is a disaster. If you buy and use it, you better plan to spend HOURS AND HOURS restoring your glass to the condition it was in before you started. See my photos. I later wrote and spoke to people at Windex to find out what I was doing wrong. They suggested I buy CLR or Xylene (seriously?) to get their product out of our windows. I didn't take this advice as it would surely kill my vegetation and strip the paint from the surfaces of my home. I told the nice lady that I would not buy any more products to solve the problem caused by her. They quickly offered a nominal cash settlement. I spent about 6 hours with a bucket of sponge and a mop. Bad product. My advice? Avoid this at all costs.
