My husband and I have been looking for a good stretch for our back since the birth of our third child and have been constantly holding newborns or lifting toddlers. As parents, we've literally reduced our height by a few inches. Thank you for this back stretcher that comes in a variety of stretches and can be used anywhere on the spine. I usually need it between my shoulder blades and just above my hips. It's nice to have your entire back lengthened again, and this carrier's soft padding and shrink options make packing easy. It's quite difficult to get the plastic bow to flex on medium and round settings, but it didn't require that much stretching anyway.
