There are requirements not listed in the instructions for the product to work

one posted in January that mentioned having to soak your feet which the instructions didn't is mentioned and so I've already wasted two of these because I didn't know I had to soak and figured I wasn't using it properly so I'm using it again and so far nothing has gone wrong for me, because obviously you need to soak your feet every day for a few days after using this product for it to work.
