The ease of use and the fact that is integrates with other platforms such as Slack and HipChat is great. I would like to see some more integrations with other platforms. I would also like to see the ability to have multiple accounts per user. This would allow us to have a separate account for each user. This would be great for our sales team. It would not only increase the efficiency of our sales team, but it would also allow us to differentiate between our sales team and the rest of the company. The ability to have a separate account for each user would also allow us to have specific permissions for each user. I love that they integrate with other platforms like Slack, Intercom, Salesforce, etc. The platform is intuitive and easy to use. There are many integrations available and it's very easy to find what you need in less than 5 minutes. It's not perfect but definitely worth trying. We're solving the communication problems between our sales team and customers by using their integrations. Intercom was one of them - so we used it as an example.
