The ability to integrate with 3rd party services (like Slack, FB Messenger) is really nice because it makes our work easier by syncing all of them in one place! It's also great that you can customize your notifications so users receive only relevant messages from certain teams or channels without having too many unread emails floating around their inboxes. I think Octopus should have more integrations like those mentioned above as well as an integrated calendar feature where we could see upcoming events within each channel / team easily instead just being notified via email. We're using this software at my current workplace since 2 years ago.Octopus has helped us connect better between different platforms such as Facebook messenger, WhatsApp groups, slack etc which made interacting much faster than before.It allows me to quickly notify colleagues when something important arrives regarding any project/product they are working on.I love how easy-to-use yet powerful the platform offers once everything gets set up properly.This helps reduce time spent sending out reminders about meetings or other topics requiring attention.The product provides its customers with access to relevant data needed while providing transparency throughout every process. This gives confidence especially during times of uncertainty but most importantly reduces risk management activities related to internal projects.We've been able to provide accurate I love how easy it is to write automated messages in Octopus, as well as sending out emails with pre-defined templates. The support team are also fantastic! There's nothing that we dislike about this product at all. We've been using Octopus since 2016, and have never had any issues or complaints from our customers. They're always very quick to respond to us when there's an issue. It has made life so much easier when writing automation rules.
