Warms up like a heater but that's all it does, don't move, just pick a spot and never move. The cheap plastic wheels are useless and one has already broken off where it attaches to the stand. The small plastic clip came off immediately. Now I can't use this heater because it doesn't last. It's a waste of money when the entire foundation and base of this giant metal heater is made out of cheap flimsy plastic, with even finer plastic holding the rollers. Poor design with cheap parts and I would return if possible. Instead, I have a heater that is a fire hazard due to a broken plastic wheel. Kudos to TURBRO for $80 junk I really hope you meant "Bro" in your brand name or you just spelled TURBRO wrong.
