Despite the (currently) average 4 stars, this product is of terrible quality. Both cables are incorrectly connected to the TRRS connector cable on the female end. The result is a muffled or non-functioning audio/mic. You can temporarily fix the problem by gently squeezing or twisting the connector on the female end, but after a while it wobbles and you don't really have to babysit the connection. The female end is also not the full length of a TRRS connector, making the connection cumbersome anyway. It's clear that the cables are of low quality, although they appear to be pleasing to the eye and to the touch. Stay away, I'll buy another (probably more expensive) cable that suits my needs. I think cheap things are usually cheap for a reason.
