Out of the box I wasn't impressed. He barely cut the hair on my arms and pulled out the hair on my mustache. After looking at the blade alignment, I removed the blades to make adjustments. There was some grease left on the blades so I took them apart to clean them. I tinted them on a medium to small sized water stone. I reassembled and disassembled the blades. After installing the blades, I put a few drops of sewing machine oil, ran them through them and wiped off the excess. There are many videos on YouTube detailing the processes. This kemhi now shaves my arm hair without pulling it out. I have a medium length beard and it is great for trimming and styling my beard, mustache and sideburns. It is excellent for straight lines, fine details, trimming and touch-ups. This replaces my Norelco trimmer. Kemhi is much lighter and twice as thin as a blade. Norelco doesn't cut as cleanly and precisely as Kemhi. I am very happy with this purchase.
