Review on ๐ŸŽฎ Logitech F310 Wired Gamepad Controller with Console-Like Layout and 4-Way Switch D-Pad for PC - Blue by Kyle Whitehead

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good Controller: Accessory

My favorite PS style controller will always be the SteelSeries 3gc, but I've had constant issues with the up and down d-pad not working (I don't use or like analog ones stick). I went through 4 out of 3 GCs before deciding to risk anything else. This was my next choice after reading multiple reviews on multiple controllers. The biggest problem with the f310 is the R2/L2 keys. It's hard to describe but I don't like the way they push down, they have a long "soft" - for lack of a better term - almost springy ride compared to what I prefer, a short firm (but not necessarily clicky) press. I think it really comes down to personal preference. This is a very simple weight control. Light weight seems cheap to me, although this is not always the case. I prefer a heavier feel. I'm comparing it to the SS again, but the backs of the grips aren't covered in any sort of rubberized material, just plain smooth. It's nice, but I feel like Logitech could have improved the design. Despite my criticisms, it's still a good control. The pressed buttons are solid and not easy to break. I wouldn't give 5 stars but I would recommend it. So far I've used it for Wreckfest, Spyro Trilogy, Crash Bandicoot Trilogy, Rocket League, Yakuza 0 and briefly Sonic Allstars Transformed. With all these games it works without problems.

  • Handsome
Cons
