This thing works! My son has a 120 gallon tank that was originally 75 gallons, at 75 he had very high nitrate levels, he has live sand, live rock, solid tank. His nitrates were off the table, he added living sand and no change, then he added living stone and no change, he changed his diet, no change. . He went to 120 gallons and basically added about 60 gallons of new RODI water after we drained some water and the reading went up from the graph to about 120ppm so basically nothing was working for some reason. Before. We used this product and it went from 120ppm to 40ppm in just 24 hours. This was for a salt water tank, after that we used it on another 60 gallon tank that had a high reading due to low maintenance so I used it and the reading also went down significantly.
