The 1.5L stainless steel teapot arrived with a few small rust spots and stains inside the teapot like it had a small amount of scale or something. Maybe these are residual quality control defects, or maybe I came across a used one. I do not know. Boiling the vinegar solved the problems. The kettle does the job, boiling a full tank in about 5 minutes. It cooks a full 30 seconds before shutting off, and the double-walled container holds heat well. There is no plastic anywhere polluting your water. This is a good buy even with some sediment on first use.
