The attached protective case broke and the remaining plastic part revealed the sharp edge of a razor blade that injured our 1 year old son's left arm. Firstly, the lid and rope shouldn't break at all. Second, when it slows down, there shouldn't be any sharp edges. risky situation and also did not replace the defective item. Very bad customer service. Very bad product quality.
