These bags are made of thick silicone. This will help avoid leaking bags. You have color slides. This helps find it easily. I worked with slides with one hand. They are easy to clean with soap and water. They can be washed in the dishwasher. They can be taken directly from the fridge/freezer by first removing the slide bar. They stand up on their own for easy filling. I've used them for a number of things. I grind my own cheese so it retains moisture and air well. I have also used them for meat dishes. You can mark them with a permanent freezer marker and then wipe them off with rubbing alcohol. I see how they will save money.
