Review on Managed Services Provider by Bryan Orozco

I like that they offer so many services from IT support up through server management as well cloud storage options with both Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure! The best thing about them is there customer service team - which goes above & beyond what most other providers do in this day an age!! They are very professional but really listen too our requests/needs when solving issues we have related tot he computer systems used by my employees at work.- no benefits offered- expensive (even though its good quality)- lack of staff training available outside scheduled events - need more opportunities availble within time zones around U S A Central Time Zone area I like that they are proactive in keeping our network up-to date with best practices from around the world! They have been able to resolve issues quickly without having to call me about them constantly!! It's nice when there is nothing wrong but just something we need fixed or updated so that my employees don't get annoyed by calls asking if everything works ok (we're not even aware of any problems).
