We ordered this to entertain our daughter on a very long trip from New York to Florida. She watched a movie and then played a little on her 3DS. A few hours later when she was watching another one the disc wouldn't play and to be honest it sounded a bit bad inside lol. When we got to Florida we initiated a return and sent it back for a replacement. The replacement was SO different than what we originally got. Not sure if we accidentally got a super old model or maybe a refurbished model, but the replacement we got was clearly much newer. The tote bag was much better, still basic but no frills. better. The included remote control was also much more modern. The second didn't cause us any problems, although my daughter doesn't use it very often at home.
