This is a fabulous mount. It's very inexpensive. It comes with lots of screws. Installation was very easy due to the known location of the bolt. The center hole is in the shape of a "key" so you can install the first joist without pressing it against the wall. Slide the bracket into place. Use the spirit level provided to make it plump. Mark the top and bottom screw holes. install delays. As mentioned, you'll have to support some of the TV's weight when changing positions. Cons: The side edges on mine weren't exactly straight, but it still worked. I had to provide my own felt pads to avoid damage to the wall if it collapsed, but I wasn't expecting that. The supplied M4 screws were too short for the countersunk VESA holes on the back of my Emerson TV.
