The processing is not precise, but the tool is widely known to work.
For the price I really can't complain. Did the same job twice. The first time I felt bad. (When installing the head, it caught the top layer of the head gasket and bent itself. Don't do this when the engine is running, a trickle of oil will flow). The second time, with a little common sense, the tool worked just fine.
