Exact cutout required
If replacing these speakers, ensure the speaker hole meets the speaker cutout specifications. The mounting holes are 3/16", maybe 1/4" from the outside edge of the hole. Very fine tolerance if the hole is larger than the cutout specification. I had to drill new mounting holes on the outer edge of the speaker to attach it to the fiberglass. Nevertheless, only 3 screws could be used for attachment.
