You get what you pay for.

On the plus side, this unit is solid and has decent torque. It does the job of biting books or projects overnight. The downside is that it's cheap. Arrived damaged but didn't want to bother with a return as the damage was acceptable. The paint chipping on the block is very light, and the depressed steel plate design is not centered or strong. After all, this is a press that is very affordable and suitable for my projects. I would like to find something better for the price but that is not on the market.
