Visit your motherboard support page and check compatibility. This SSD is not listed anywhere as being compatible with ANY motherboard or OS. I've had nothing but constant errors and crashes for almost a year without ADATA's fault. NO issues with the SSD listed as compatible by my motherboard manufacturer. Why isn't it compatible? The integrated memory controller is complete nonsense. To keep the price down, they made the nvme SSD cache-free, so they can save on a storage controller that is obviously weak and can't handle heavy workloads. With a Windows update, even minor updates bring the SSD to a 100% usable state and the controller just powers off and doesn't power back on, causing the SSD to disappear from the BIOS. The moment you reset the CMOS and completely shut down the system, the SSD comes back to life as if nothing happened. These problems can occur several times a day or once a year. For me it happens randomly when I'm just trying to get the job done. DO NOT BUY THIS SSD, buy an XPG SX8200 or any other SSD. In this case, it is better to overpay. It's just cheap junk.
