bad party? in household batteries, chargers and accessories
I ordered them before without any problems. There were a few in this batch that didn't work and it's not the end of the world as I only needed 5x. The end-of-charge voltage also varied greatly with this batch. Some charged the 18650 up to 4.16v and others up to 4.24v. Another weird issue was the small built in LED. I've never seen random red/green flickering on the TP4056.
