Review on EZ Pet-Sitter by Ryan Judy

I love how easy it was to set up my profile and get started! It's so simple and intuitive! The support team is fantastic! They are very helpful and responsive when I have questions or need help with something. Sometimes they can be slow at responding sometimes but overall great service! Just try it out! It really helps ease the burden of having to keep track of your clients information yourself. We were able to create profiles and start using the app immediately without any additional training needed. I love having all my information stored in one place. It makes it so much easier to keep track of everything! I wish there was an option to have the software update itself instead of me needing to go back to the website every time. Sometimes it will take a while to load up but I'm not sure if that's because of our internet or the software itself. I've been able to keep the business organized and track things like payouts and cancellations without any problems.
