I like how easy it was to get set up with this software - they walk me through everything step by step! It's great because all of my clients can use their own email addresses instead of having an account where we have access only (like most other programs). Also love being able to send out reminders via text message or e-mail which helps keep them in touch when i'm not around. I like that it's a desktop app that I can use at home in my office without any internet. It's really simple to use and I can easily get a report of all my sitters for the month. It's a good way to keep track of all your sitters and their services. I wish it had more of a client interface. I wish it had a better calendar for clients to set up appointments. I love how easy it was to set up my profile and get started! It's so simple and intuitive! The support team is fantastic! They are very helpful and responsive when I have questions or need help with something. Sometimes they can be slow at responding sometimes but overall great service! Just try it out! I like how easy it was to set up in our office! The system has been very helpful with keeping track of all pets we have at any given time as well as their caretakers/owners so they are always accounted for when needed or available if an emergency arises (like needing someone right away).
