I like how easy it was to set up in our office! The system has been very helpful with keeping track of all pets we have at any given time as well as their caretakers/owners so they are always accounted for when needed or available if an emergency arises (like needing someone right away). There really isn't anything bad about this software other than maybe some minor glitches here & there but nothing too major - just something small such as not being able to click through links correctly sometimes from email notifications etc., which can be easily fixed by clicking back into your browser window instead then refreshing again once clicked out of ezpetssitters website page where notification came across screen first before refresh occurred allowing link access without having issue afterwards. This program makes managing staff members who work remotely much easier because everything gets logged automatically including times spent working along side clients' animals while also accounting them towards paychecks received via Paypal.
