I read all the 5 star ratings and was cautiously optimistic. Some made me think they were fake reviews (do they sound good?) but I thought it was 21 so if it was really bad I could at least write an honest review. I am constantly looking for a good bluetooth headset. it sounds good to the person i'm calling and to me too. This is a really good headset. I called the pickiest person I knew, my niece, and ran some tests. She could hear me washing the dishes, but she said it sounded like she was in the room with me, not in the sink. I went outside in the wind and strapped it to my thickest, noisiest coat and she heard me with no problem. The only thing that was odd was how loud the sound of the microwave button was at the end. She said it sounded like a fire alarm (my partner said the same). I rustled plastic and paper and she could hear it, but then again it wasn't as annoying as other headphones. I could hear everyone I called with no problem and the volume was low. I played music until it was dead and it lasted about 5 hours. This was out of the box so it will be interesting to see how long it lasts on a full charge. I'm not a fan of trendy music headphones. I had a pair of Beats that lasted a year before breaking and they didn't sound great so I bought another pair. Other than that, the music just sounded great. This is not surround sound so keep that in mind. You have an open ear, which I like so I can hear the noise around me. I have tried trucker headsets from other well known brands such as Blue Parrot and while they sound good they are underpowered for the price. I can buy 4 of these for the price of my last blue parrot which broke after falling 2ft. And I will. I give it a week to see how durable it is and then I buy backups. The clip is very secure, but it takes some time to get used to wearing it on you rather than wearing it completely on your head. I threw it up 3 times for doing stupid things so that's something to think about. If you're looking for a headset that sounds good on calls, then this is it! I'll call the car tomorrow. I look forward to it exceeding my expectations in this area as well. I'm not a sponsored reviewer (if you want me to get upset lol). I'm an ordinary person, I'm looking at a bluetooth headset and asking if it works well. And this one does!
