The tool is very easy to use with its user friendly interface.

It provides an excellent platform for our ERP application integration which helps us in streamlining work flow along all processes involved.The reporting feature provided by this software can only be used as per requirement because it's not good at producing any pre formatted reports out there. I have no problem if they provide more functionality like exporting or publishing reports from other external systems such as Microsoft Excel etc., but then again i am sure that will cost them some extra money so we might never get those features. This program integrates well into my current workflow and allows me to track issues easily without having to resort to emailing documents back and forth between people who are working outside office hours!
