Review on πŸ‹ Lemon Scented Mrs. Meyer's Foaming Hand Soap - 10 Fluid Ounce by Norma Hoffman

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Consistency and dispensing needs improvement

This utility soap is a little pricey but as our local bulk store had a big discount on it I gave it a try. Lemon Verbena has a pleasant clean smell and is suitable for use in the kitchen. I find the soapy consistency and pumping action a bit lacking. A regular pump sends foam everywhere but in my hands. If I'm not careful, the soap will end up in the sink or on my clothes. So I pump very, very carefully. The ingredients are at least 98% natural, but there are also a few chemical compounds. Despite being a foaming hand soap, its consistency is somewhat runny and lacks moisturizing properties. Several pumps are required to generate foam. When my hands are particularly dirty, such as after gardening, it takes a lot of pressure to clean effectively. Even with a significant discount I will not buy this soap again. UPDATE: Now I'm having the same leveling issue as the other reviewer. The dosing pump stays pressed after just one button press. Although the bottle was still half full of soap, I threw it away. What a hassle just washing your hands.
