Poor quality or sound quality
I am very disappointed in the product I had before (Original) and I can say from their experience that the sound quality is what you expect from a $1 headphone would. If I could give a lower rating the worst thing would be not being able to return it or get a refund. I wouldn't recommend that there's no bass at all, so you might as well listen to music through the phone's built-in speaker
