I used these clips to wrap around a pipe to attach to a tarp which I covered to store my trailer during the winter months . Adding sand to the PVC pipe and closing it added the weight I needed. Tarp wrapped on top and around the pipe and clamp as needed and it will stay in place. Eventually I'm considering drilling two holes in the clamp and screwing some short screws into the pipe to hold it in place better.
