The invention of this thing is amazing! I love it because I hate getting diaper cream under my fingernails and when I send my baby to daycare I love that the workers can use it and not have to get their fingers dirty. But! That thing is hard to clean! I use Dawn dish soap and it took a while to get clean, so I now have a small jar of baking soda near the sink to scrub with to get rid of all the diaper cream. Pretty tedious, but worth it to avoid getting under your nails. *Gag*
