Very tight! Trail running
No kidding, these are very tight shoes! I am 7.5. When I first put them on it was heaven, I thought they were the most perfect shoes. When I exercised in it my legs swelled like all legs and they got so tight. The material doesn't stretch well. I never took my shoes off, I walked around the house and my legs still hurt, the embarrassment (and pain) didn't go away. I will try a size 8 because I want to give them a real try.
