Bought these to power two sets of LED strings outside my caravan but could use them pretty much anywhere a remote trigger would be needed. Sturdy construction and seems like they'll hold up well to the outside elements. The price was good, the quality seems better than what I've seen in the 'big stores'. The remote works well, possibly over 100 feet. The only downside to the remote control is that it doesn't have a convenient place to attach it to a keychain, collar, etc. - I bought a closed zip case (with a transparent cover) to ensure the remote is secure and can be attached to a keychain or hung from a hook. Reversible case, also holds my other LED strip remote. Great quality, works as advertised. Like the fact that I can now turn on external lights remotely.
