This product is very typical. The first plastic swivel bracket is not tightened enough to prevent the bowl from tipping over at the slightest provocation. What I like is that the metal bowl slides out so you can wash it. I have rabbits so the metal keeps them from chewing it but they are careful not to spill water in their cage because the shells just won't stay in place. It is too much. problem with the return. It helps if you place the bowl all the way on the floor so the floor doesn't tip over.
