I thought it would be a good idea for my daughter's laptop for school as she keeps losing her headphones. Big mistake. The couple lasts only a couple of weeks, and then the tone disappears. It's not worth it if your child tries to listen to the lesson and doesn't hear them, disturbing my other children in the house. I broke down and bought a Bluetooth that was only $5 more and forced them to learn personal responsibility. I should have known better.
